EXPERTISE

Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and has over 30 years experience practicing in the local area. She is a member of the internationally respected Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (www.step.org).

Since joining us in 2016 Caroline has become a valued member of our Wills, Trusts and Probate team and she regularly deals with issues including estate administration, trusts, inheritance tax planning, advice for the elderly, powers of attorney and Wills.

Having married into a local farming family in the 1980s, Caroline has first hand experience of agricultural issues and their impact on succession planning.  After 30 years practicing law there are few scenarios that Caroline has not encountered before, having dealt with estates of all shapes and sizes including those valued in the millions.

Caroline is able to explain complex legal processes and terminology to clients so they feel well informed at all times helping to put them at ease throughout, what can be, an emotional process.

TEAM

Caroline works alongside her secretary Jodie Clark and CILEX Student Joe Burns and both are happy to assist clients with telephone or email enquiries.

BACKGROUND

Caroline is an active member of the local community and is currently a governor at Spalding High School. In her spare time Caroline is an avid cricket fan and takes delight in Nottinghamshire and England’s successes.
