EXPERTISE
Helen is a chartered legal executive. She qualified in the 1990’s and is a long serving member of the Mossop & Bowser family having joined the firm in 1979. Helen specialises in Wills and Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the administration of estates. Helen is aware of the various pitfalls and difficulties that can arise from the beginning to the end of a case and endeavours to ensure clients have as trouble free an experience as possible.
Client care is of the utmost importance to Helen. Having worked at Mossop and Bowser for nearly 40 years she has developed long standing relationships with many clients and their families and she values the trust clients place in her. Helen is sympathetic and supportive to elderly and vulnerable clients tailoring her service to meet their differing needs
Helen is aware that many of her clients are unable to see her at the office and is happy to undertake home or hospital visits when required.
TEAM
Helen is aided by her secretary Kelly Davies. Kelly is a local lady and is happy to help clients however she can. Trainee Joe Burns also assists Helen in the department.
BACKGROUND
Helen is local to the area and has been involved with various communities in the past including acting as secretary for a local board of school governors.
