Kimberley has been a qualified Family lawyer for over 20 years and has worked at Mossop & Bowser since 2015. Following completion of her Law degree, Kimberley became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Kimberley provides specialist advice and support on all areas of Family law. This area of law includes divorce, matrimonial finances, cohabitation contracts, property disputes for cohabitees, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, civil partnerships, same-sex marriages and all disputes about children. Kimberley advises on a wide range of financial matters arising from divorce from straight forward divorces to high value matters for agricultural and business clients. In addition Kimberley advises on all employment dispute cases, advising both employers and employees. Kimberly recently successfully acted for a client in employment tribunal proceedings securing a six figure settlement for the client.
Her no-nonsense approach is extremely popular with our clients who value Kimberley’s commitment to resolving their matters in a timely manner and in the most cost-effective way possible. Kimberley prioritises client care to ensure all clients are kept well informed and sympathetically supported at critical and often difficult times in their lives whilst robustly fighting her clients corner.
Originally from Suffolk, Kimberley moved to the surrounding area in 2007. She maintains valuable links with local firms at regular business networking events. Kimberley is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys going to the cinema and walking her dog, “Chip”.
