EXPERTISE

Peter qualified as a Solicitor in 1975 when he joined the firm. He was a partner in the firm from 1975 and senior partner from 1990 to 2005/6.

Peter has over 40 years’ experience at a senior level in all aspects of commercial property transactions, agricultural and business tenancies, trusts law and probate matters. Peter is a “consummate” solicitor with experience in almost all areas of the law. Peter has a wide range of clients, including investors, developers, pension funds and agricultural clients that he has maintained during his 40+ years at Mossop & Bowser.

Peter is also a member of the Agricultural Law Association (ALA) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)

As a businessman himself Peter offers clients not only excellent advice and guidance but personal insights from his own very considerable experience.

Peter is ably assisted by his secretary Karen Roberts who is always happy to assist clients with telephone or email enquiries.

BACKGROUND

Peter’s family background is one of business and agriculture. Outside the workplace, Peter enjoys spending time with his family and travelling. Peter is also a keen fisherman.
