Conveyancing Assistant

EXPERTISE

Lisa joined the conveyancing team at the Long Sutton branch of Mossop & Bowser in 2015 having previously worked in  other law firms and estate agents. She began her formal training to become a licensed conveyancer with the firm in 2016 and is working on her SQA Level 4 Diploma in Property Conveyancing Law and Practice with MOL Learn who are recommended by the Council of Licensed Conveyancers.

Lisa advises clients on conveyancing and the process of buying and selling residential properties and probate sales. Lisa specialises in acting for first time buyers and prides herself in providing clear advice so they are fully informed at each stage of the process.  Lisa’s clear advice and guidance on what can be a daunting first purchase provides client with the support they need.

She can offer clients guidance on the various stages of the process including knowledge of help to buy ISAs and help to buy equity mortgages. Lisa is often thanked by clients for going the extra mile in providing an excellent service.

TEAM

Lisa works closely with all the property team but primarily assists Peter Burns.  

BACKGROUND

Lisa has lived locally for 25 years and attended schools nearby, so is very familiar with the local area and community. Lisa loves animals and in her spare time enjoys reading and going to music concerts.
