EXPERTISE

Mark qualified as a solicitor in 1986.

He specialises in all aspects of commercial property transactions, agricultural sales and purchases, business sales and purchases and leasehold property transactions. During his time with the firm he has dealt with a wide range of clients, including investors, local authorities, developers, pension funds and agricultural clients. Mark is also a member of the Agricultural Law Association and the Law Society’s Property Section.

Mark considers one of his strengths to be his ability to explain and advise his clients on complex legal issues and practices so they fully understand the process from start to finish.

Marks clients appreciate his attention to detail and ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

Mark is assisted by his secretary Sheila Tyers. Sheila is always happy to assist clients with telephone or email enquiries.

BACKGROUND

Mark’s family background is one of business and agriculture. He retains a connection to his family laundry company which keeps him up to date with developments in business. Outside of the workplace, Mark is an enthusiastic gym member and a cricket fan.
