EXPERTISE

Peter is an experienced solicitor who qualified in 1998 after completing his legal training course. Peter worked locally before joining our property department in 2018. Peter has a wealth of legal experience and knowledge with over 20 years experience practicing in the local area. He advises on a wide range of commercial and residential transactions specializing in property sales and purchases, leases and equity release schemes.

Peter aims to put clients at ease during the stressful time of moving house and he avoids using complicated legal jargon whenever possible, to ensure clients understand the advice he is giving on one of the most expensive purchases of most people’s lives. Peter enjoys helping clients buy their dream properties.

Peter is assisted by his secretary, Gwen Hardy, Trainee Solicitor, Oliver Farmer and Conveyancing Assistant, Lisa. Gwen is always happy to assist clients with telephone or email enquiries.

BACKGROUND

Along with his qualifications in law Peter has a doctorate in bio-chemistry and worked in Israel in this field before returning to familiar pastures to practice law.

Peter enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures and has visited Asia on several occasions.

Peter is a dog lover and enjoys taking his dogs for long walks along the riverside in the evening no matter the weather.
